STEP # 1 – Choose a Suitable Package

Here are some of the options you have. Choose according to your attention span, time constraints, and degree of need. (Most clients choose 45-minute sessions for 4-8 sessions.) Once a client, you may continue on a monthly basis, even after a short break or at intervals.

Can’t afford coaching right now? Several clients are carried at flexible rates in the right situation, for a limited time. Be inspiring upon making contact!

Be aware that each package contains much more than just the weekly 30-60 minute calls. You also get:

  • Face-to-face Intake Assessment
  • Email synopsis of each session
  • Unlimited email contact through the week for reminders, support and sharing wins

The INTAKE ASSESSMENT takes 60-120 minutes and constitutes 2 sessions. We do it in person if feasible. It sets the tone for your agenda- outlining where you want to go and how you want to be coached. Alone, it can be very rewarding.

The EMAIL SYNOPSIS provided at the end of each session will offer you an organized account of the session and what you are up to. Some clients have claimed they use these notes even a year later for great reviews and reminders!

STEP # 2 – Prepare Yourself for Coaching

Once you sign on, you will receive some useful tips on how to get the most out of your experience. Review this material for maximum benefit.

Remember that while coaching is fun, rewarding and frequently relaxing, it does require your energy and attention. The clients that get the most from this process are those that are willing to make it a short term priority, knowing it has major long term benefits.
